At Nylaa Crafts, we aim to provide high-quality craft materials and a seamless shopping experience. However, due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds.

1. No Returns

All sales are final. We do not accept returns on any of our products once the order has been placed and shipped. Please carefully review your order before completing your purchase.

2. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact our customer support team at storenylaa@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will assist you with resolving the issue by offering either a replacement (subject to product availability) or a store credit.

  • Condition for Replacement: The item must be returned in its original packaging and condition. We may request photos of the damaged product for verification purposes.

3. Non-Refundable Fees

Shipping fees are non-refundable, even in the case of damaged or defective products.
